Calling students from across Canada: Join the Ripple Foundation Youth Events Team!
We are looking for motivated high school students to help organize our annual virtual conference, “Express Inspire Connect.” As part of our fully youth-led Events Team, you will play a central role in shaping the entire event. If you’re a great collaborator with fresh ideas, we want to hear from you!
As a Youth Events Team Member, you will:
- Find Great Speakers: Help create the standards for who we invite and research potential speakers.
- Brainstorm Big Ideas: Bring your creativity to planning sessions for event topics and activities.
- Plan for Success: Develop schedules and instructions to make sure the event is well-organized.
- Be a Leader on Event Day: Proactively identify and resolve problems, and address any issues that arise.

We are looking for someone who:
- Is between 13-18 years of age.
- Must be able to attend regularly scheduled meetings at the stated Eastern and Pacific times.
- Is a strong communicator and researcher.
- Is open-minded and works well with others.
- Has effective time management skills.
- Can commit 2-3 hours per week.
